Where do you ship from?

We are based in the city that never sleeps, New York City! All orders are shipped from our office in Manhattan.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping in the US on all orders.

Where are the products made?

Most products are designed and made in the US by Herself Collections. We also carry curated pieces made in Colorado, California, Oregon and more. Nearly all pieces are handmade. 

What are your products made of?

We only carry products that are 14K gold filled, 14K solid gold, 14K white gold, and sterling silver. All of our products are lead and nickel free. If you have sensitive skin, you can wear anything sold on Herself Collections with confidence. 

What is 14K gold filled jewelry? 

Unlike gold plated jewelry, gold filled jewelry is pressure bonded to a core of other metal, like high quality jeweler’s brass or sterling silver. The layer of gold used to bond onto the other metal is much thicker than the layer of gold used for gold plated jewelry, meaning that it will last much longer and doesn’t have to be removed when washing your hands or in the shower. 14K solid gold is gold all the way to the core, so it will never fade. Solid gold is a bit more of an investment, while 14K gold filled jewelry is a great option that combines both quality and affordability.

How should I clean my jewelry? 

We suggest a jewelry polishing cloth or gentle scrubbing with warm water and soap using a soft toothbrush. To keep your jewelry lasting for a long time to come, we suggest removing it anytime you go into the ocean or a pool. 

Do you take Returns? 

We want you to love what you bought! Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry, and to minimize the affect of returns on the environment, we ask that you purchase with the intent to keep.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receipt so we can make it right. Store credit will be given for all returns. 

Please note all returns must arrive in the original condition with tags.
